Identity check for unemployment keeps failing after 11 years as a procurement assistant

I do not have a current driver's licence and they want one. It has been weighing on me all week. The in-person office has long lines. Do I need an appointment?

Try a different device and good lighting for the photo. My first three failed because of glare.
