Identity check for unemployment keeps failing - 6 months and counting

I do not have a current driver's licence and they want one. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Nobody answers the phone. What finally worked for you?

Try a different device and good lighting for the photo. My first three failed because of glare.
