Identity check for unemployment keeps failing - 5 months and counting

My claim has been on hold for 8 weeks because the identity check will not accept my documents. It has been a long 8 weeks. The in-person office has long lines. What finally worked for you?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
