Identity check for unemployment keeps failing

Jae Eriksen · 2026-05-04T08:21:32.491Z

I was asked to verify my identity and the site keeps rejecting my photo ID. There are 18 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Nobody answers the phone. Can another ID be used?

Try a different device and good lighting for the photo. My first three failed because of glare.
