Identity check for unemployment keeps failing - 21 weeks in

My claim has been on hold for 21 weeks because the identity check will not accept my documents. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Nobody answers the phone. What finally worked for you?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
