Identity check for unemployment keeps failing - 2 weeks in

I do not have a current driver's licence and they want one. There are 7 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Nobody answers the phone. Can another ID be used?

What worked for me was going to the local workforce centre, where staff helped with the verification. It took about an hour.

Check the list of accepted documents on the official site. Mine included things I did not expect, like a passport card.
