Identity check for unemployment keeps failing - 18 weeks in

I do not have a current driver's licence and they want one. Nobody answers the phone. Can another ID be used?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Try a different device and good lighting for the photo. My first three failed because of glare.
