Identity check for unemployment keeps failing - 17 weeks in

Mateo Nakamura · 2026-06-19T09:35:14.419Z

I was asked to verify my identity and the site keeps rejecting my photo ID. Thank you in advance. I tried the online option twice and the app crashed. Can another ID be used?

Try a different device and good lighting for the photo. My first three failed because of glare.
