Identity check for unemployment keeps failing

I do not have a current driver's licence and they want one. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The in-person office has long lines. Do I need an appointment?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

Try a different device and good lighting for the photo. My first three failed because of glare.
