Identity check for unemployment keeps failing - 10 weeks in

Zara Prieto · 2026-05-23T21:58:30.581Z

I was asked to verify my identity and the site keeps rejecting my photo ID. I am in Tucson, in case local advice matters. I tried the online option twice and the app crashed. Can another ID be used?

Try a different device and good lighting for the photo. My first three failed because of glare.
