ID verification problems, anyone solved this? - what worked for you?

Hana Laurent · 2026-08-20T02:27:36.758Z

I was asked to verify my identity and the site keeps rejecting my photo ID. I worked as a line cook before this. I tried the online option twice and the app crashed. Do I need an appointment?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
