ID verification problems, anyone solved this? - what worked for you?

My claim has been on hold for 7 weeks because the identity check will not accept my documents. I do not usually post, so bear with me. The in-person office has long lines. Can another ID be used?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

What worked for me was going to the local workforce centre, where staff helped with the verification. It took about an hour.
