ID verification problems, anyone solved this? (Minneapolis)

I was asked to verify my identity and the site keeps rejecting my photo ID. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Nobody answers the phone. What finally worked for you?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

What worked for me was going to the local workforce centre, where staff helped with the verification. It took about an hour.
