ID verification problems, anyone solved this?, marketing coordinator here

I was asked to verify my identity and the site keeps rejecting my photo ID. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The in-person office has long lines. Can another ID be used?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
