ID verification problems, anyone solved this? - first time posting

Tariq Okonkwo · 2026-08-27T17:20:57.711Z

I was asked to verify my identity and the site keeps rejecting my photo ID. I am in Atlanta, in case local advice matters. Nobody answers the phone. Do I need an appointment?

What worked for me was going to the local workforce centre, where staff helped with the verification. It took about an hour.
