ID verification problems, anyone solved this? - first time posting

Chidi Sandoval · 2026-05-12T16:40:02.820Z

I was asked to verify my identity and the site keeps rejecting my photo ID. I am in Providence, in case local advice matters. I tried the online option twice and the app crashed.

Try a different device and good lighting for the photo. My first three failed because of glare.
