ID verification problems, anyone solved this? (Cleveland)

Camila Oyelaran · 2026-09-01T11:12:00.083Z

I was asked to verify my identity and the site keeps rejecting my photo ID. It has been a long 18 weeks. I tried the online option twice and the app crashed. What finally worked for you?

Try a different device and good lighting for the photo. My first three failed because of glare.
