ID verification problems, anyone solved this?

Oluwaseun Laurent · 2026-07-26T08:37:09.315Z

I was asked to verify my identity and the site keeps rejecting my photo ID. I am in Detroit, in case local advice matters. I tried the online option twice and the app crashed. Can another ID be used?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
