ID verification problems, anyone solved this? - any advice?

I do not have a current driver's licence and they want one. There are 12 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I tried the online option twice and the app crashed. What finally worked for you?

What worked for me was going to the local workforce centre, where staff helped with the verification. It took about an hour.

Try a different device and good lighting for the photo. My first three failed because of glare.
