ID verification problems, anyone solved this? - any advice?

I was asked to verify my identity and the site keeps rejecting my photo ID. I am in Buffalo, in case local advice matters. I tried the online option twice and the app crashed. Can another ID be used?

What worked for me was going to the local workforce centre, where staff helped with the verification. It took about an hour.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
