ID verification problems, anyone solved this? - any advice?

I do not have a current driver's licence and they want one. I worked as an HR coordinator before this. The in-person office has long lines. What finally worked for you?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
