ID verification problems, anyone solved this? after 9 years as an accounts payable clerk

I do not have a current driver's licence and they want one. Nobody answers the phone. Do I need an appointment?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
