ID verification problems, anyone solved this? after 9 years as a social media manager

I was asked to verify my identity and the site keeps rejecting my photo ID. I am in Salt Lake City, in case local advice matters. The in-person office has long lines. Can another ID be used?

Check the list of accepted documents on the official site. Mine included things I did not expect, like a passport card.

What worked for me was going to the local workforce centre, where staff helped with the verification. It took about an hour.
