ID verification problems, anyone solved this? after 7 years as a home health aide

I was asked to verify my identity and the site keeps rejecting my photo ID. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The in-person office has long lines. Do I need an appointment?

Write down the date and reference number each time you try. They asked for it when I finally got through.
