ID verification problems, anyone solved this? after 3 years as a graphic designer

I do not have a current driver's licence and they want one. I am in Seattle, in case local advice matters. I tried the online option twice and the app crashed. Can another ID be used?

Try a different device and good lighting for the photo. My first three failed because of glare.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
