ID verification problems, anyone solved this? after 18 years as a social media manager

I was asked to verify my identity and the site keeps rejecting my photo ID. There are 18 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The in-person office has long lines. What finally worked for you?

What worked for me was going to the local workforce centre, where staff helped with the verification. It took about an hour.
