ID verification problems, anyone solved this? after 16 years as a procurement assistant

I was asked to verify my identity and the site keeps rejecting my photo ID. I am in Milwaukee, in case local advice matters. Nobody answers the phone. Do I need an appointment?

Try a different device and good lighting for the photo. My first three failed because of glare.
