ID verification problems, anyone solved this? after 15 years as an event coordinator

My claim has been on hold for 26 weeks because the identity check will not accept my documents. I am in Dallas, in case local advice matters. The in-person office has long lines. What finally worked for you?

Check the list of accepted documents on the official site. Mine included things I did not expect, like a passport card.
