ID verification problems, anyone solved this? after 13 years as a production planner

I do not have a current driver's licence and they want one. The in-person office has long lines. Can another ID be used?

What worked for me was going to the local workforce centre, where staff helped with the verification. It took about an hour.

Check the list of accepted documents on the official site. Mine included things I did not expect, like a passport card.
