ID verification problems, anyone solved this? after 12 years as a web developer

I do not have a current driver's licence and they want one. There are 12 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I tried the online option twice and the app crashed. Can another ID be used?

Check the list of accepted documents on the official site. Mine included things I did not expect, like a passport card.
