ID verification problems, anyone solved this? - 9 weeks in

Noah Moreno · 2026-07-04T07:57:04.582Z

I was asked to verify my identity and the site keeps rejecting my photo ID. I worked as a call-centre agent before this. Nobody answers the phone. Can another ID be used?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
