ID verification problems, anyone solved this? - 6 months and counting

I was asked to verify my identity and the site keeps rejecting my photo ID. I worked as a nurse's aide before this. I tried the online option twice and the app crashed.

What worked for me was going to the local workforce centre, where staff helped with the verification. It took about an hour.
