ID verification problems, anyone solved this? - 6 months and counting

I was asked to verify my identity and the site keeps rejecting my photo ID. I worked as a retail manager before this. I tried the online option twice and the app crashed. Can another ID be used?

Check the list of accepted documents on the official site. Mine included things I did not expect, like a passport card.

Try a different device and good lighting for the photo. My first three failed because of glare.
