ID verification problems, anyone solved this? - 23 weeks in

My claim has been on hold for 23 weeks because the identity check will not accept my documents. Nobody answers the phone. Do I need an appointment?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

What worked for me was going to the local workforce centre, where staff helped with the verification. It took about an hour.
