ID verification problems, anyone solved this? - 22 weeks in

I do not have a current driver's licence and they want one. There are 8 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Nobody answers the phone. Do I need an appointment?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
