ID verification problems, anyone solved this? - 21 weeks in

I do not have a current driver's licence and they want one. There are 6 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Nobody answers the phone. What finally worked for you?

What worked for me was going to the local workforce centre, where staff helped with the verification. It took about an hour.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 14 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
