ID verification problems, anyone solved this? - 21 weeks in

My claim has been on hold for 21 weeks because the identity check will not accept my documents. It has been a long 21 weeks. The in-person office has long lines. What finally worked for you?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
