ID verification problems, anyone solved this? - 20 weeks in

My claim has been on hold for 20 weeks because the identity check will not accept my documents. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Nobody answers the phone. What finally worked for you?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
