ID verification problems, anyone solved this? - 14 months and counting

Yuki Iyer · 2026-08-19T00:58:43.760Z

I was asked to verify my identity and the site keeps rejecting my photo ID. There are 6 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Nobody answers the phone.

Try a different device and good lighting for the photo. My first three failed because of glare.
