ID verification problems, anyone solved this? - 13 months and counting

I was asked to verify my identity and the site keeps rejecting my photo ID. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I tried the online option twice and the app crashed. What finally worked for you?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

What worked for me was going to the local workforce centre, where staff helped with the verification. It took about an hour.
