How do you report hours that vary week to week? - what worked for you?

My hours change every week at my new part-time job and I am afraid of reporting wrongly. I worked as a bookkeeper before this. Pay posts on a different day from when I work. Did anyone get an overpayment notice from a mistake?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

Report honestly and keep your stubs. An honest small error is much easier to fix than a missing report.
