How do you report hours that vary week to week? (update)

I picked up part-time shifts as an administrative assistant and I am confused about how to report them. It has been weighing on me all week. Pay posts on a different day from when I work. Do you report when you earned it or when you were paid?

In my state the question was about the week I worked, not the week I was paid. Read the wording on your form carefully, or ask the claims line.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
