How do you report hours that vary week to week? (Salt Lake City)

I picked up part-time shifts as a recruiter and I am confused about how to report them. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Sometimes my paycheck is late by a week. Do you report when you earned it or when you were paid?

I estimated and then checked my pay stub. When there was a small difference I wrote to the agency to correct it.

In my state the question was about the week I worked, not the week I was paid. Read the wording on your form carefully, or ask the claims line.
