Health insurance gap after a layoff - what worked for you?

I have 17 weeks left on my current insurance and I am comparing options. I am in Providence, in case local advice matters. I think my income this year might qualify for a subsidy.

Compare the monthly price with the deductible. A cheap plan with a huge deductible can cost more if you need care.
