Health insurance gap after a layoff - what worked for you?

I have 4 weeks left on my current insurance and I am comparing options. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I do not want a gap in coverage.

Call your pharmacy too. Mine knew of a discount card that helped while coverage was being sorted out.
