Health insurance gap after a layoff (update)

I have 15 weeks left on my current insurance and I am comparing options. I think my income this year might qualify for a subsidy. Is there help filling out the forms?

Compare the monthly price with the deductible. A cheap plan with a huge deductible can cost more if you need care.
