Health insurance gap after a layoff, home health aide here

My employer coverage ended at the end of the month and I am trying to work out what to do as a home health aide. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The COBRA notice arrived with a very high price. Is there help filling out the forms?

Call your pharmacy too. Mine knew of a discount card that helped while coverage was being sorted out.
