Health insurance gap after a layoff after 18 years as a medical assistant

My employer coverage ended at the end of the month and I am trying to work out what to do as a medical assistant. I do not want a gap in coverage. Is there help filling out the forms?

Call your pharmacy too. Mine knew of a discount card that helped while coverage was being sorted out.
