Health insurance gap after a layoff after 15 years as a security officer

My employer coverage ended at the end of the month and I am trying to work out what to do as a security officer. It has been a long 24 weeks. The COBRA notice arrived with a very high price. Is there help filling out the forms?

Call your pharmacy too. Mine knew of a discount card that helped while coverage was being sorted out.
