Health insurance gap after a layoff - 20 weeks in

I have 3 weeks left on my current insurance and I am comparing options. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I do not want a gap in coverage. Is there help filling out the forms?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
